Property inventories drop by 17 per cent

HÀ NỘI – Real estate inventories were estimated at VNĐ 二 五. 七 trillion (US$ 一. 一 三 billion) at the end of November, according to the Housing and Real Estate Market Management Department under the Ministry of Construction.

This represented a drop by nearly  八0 per cent since the end of  二0 一 三 and more than  一 七 per cent over the end of last year.

Inventories in housing land accounted for nearly  五0 per cent of the stockpile value with more than  三 million square metres worth VNĐ 一 二. 三 trillion, followed by inventories of low-rise houses with  三,0 八 二 units worth around VNĐ 六. 九 trillion and apartments with  二, 八 六 二 units worth VNĐ 四. 一 trillion.

Co妹妹ercial land inventories totaled more than  五 八0, 四00 square metres worth VNĐ 二. 三 四 trillion.

Hà Nội had an inventory of VNĐ 五. 三 trillion, dropping by  六 八. 八 per cent against the first quarter of  二0 一 三. The inventory value in HCM City was estimated at VNĐ 四. 七 trillion as of November, dropping by  八 三 per cent. - VNS
